NIKE Mentorship Project
(2021-2022) This is my Junior year mentorship project sponsored by Michelle Kwak, Technical Appeal Design Director of NIKE Inc.. The goal was to design low-waste collections using up-cycled materials. Each of us was assigned a Nike football jersey and some fabrics scraps. I also looked for some up-cycled clothes from second-hand stores. Using all the elements, I created two separate groups. I was draping, collaging, playing with the style-lines on the jersey, and trying to make details functional, design active looks that are Runway-ready oriented. It was such a valuable opportunity for me to learn how to create sustainable designs and how to minimize the waste during production. I was chosen to be the WINNER of this mentor group, the one out of 20!

Tailored Jacket Project (2022)
A Junior Design Project, aiming to create a small collection of tailored jacket looks, inspired by a photo of architectures. It was an important part to select fabrics that match with the photo, and put them on the design creatively and properly. My quick hand-sketching skill and artistic ways of illustrating was specifically practiced.

Active Influenced Sportswear (2021)
A small collection of activewear inspired by a pair of sport shoes. This was my first design collection in college and at the meantime, I became skilled in creating merchandising board and using digital tools.
